Real Estate Loan Rep - Sunset Branch

The Real Estate Loan Representative will provide value added member service and quality internal customer service by retailing credit union real estate loan products and services. Primary responsibilities are to originate, review, process and fund all real estate applications and services offered by the credit union. This includes opening escrow, coordinating appraisal, title and recording. This position will review all application information in order make appropriate pre-underwriting and funding recommendations. Provides written credit recommendations to Real Estate Lending Manager for approval or denial of all loans. Supports the needs of the sales division by assisting wherever needed to meet member demand with sales and service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two-years real estate loan processing and sales experience. Have expert knowledge of Encompass software. Previous real estate origination and knowledge of secondary market guidelines preferred. An AA degree with a major in General Business or equivalent is required. Excellent writing skills and communication skills are required and knowledge of Microsoft products.
