You now have access to your WPCCU accounts 24 hours a day,7 days a week. Bank By Phone, WPCCU’s automated telephone system, helps make your financial management easier than you can imagine. Obtain checking or savings balances, make loan payments, transfer funds between accounts, or even place a stop payment on a check.

How to Access Bank By Phone 
1. Dial: (800) 300-9728, and press “1”
2. Enter your account number
3. Enter your authorization code to access your account
4. Follow the instructions. If you need the information repeated, press the “*” (star button).
